Responsibilities :

  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers and clients
  • Process transactions accurately and respond to customers or clients requests efficiently.
  • Ensure organization's service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma with 2 years working experience in Customer Service Industry of which 1 year in Banking or Finance Call Centre is a MUST.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Independent, self-confident and highly motivated.
  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Team Player, adaptable with the ability to work accross cultures.
  • MUST be able to work on a rotating shift, weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Applicants MUST be willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and is currently residing in Philippines.
  • Extensive job training will be provided for successful candidates
Salary : MYR 2000 - MYR 3000 + Allowance
